Lunch: Chicken Chop Rice with French Fries, Baked Beans and Coleslaw

Lunch: Few slices of Pork lean meat



Snack: 1/4 bottle of Pringles Original (I had another serving due to addictive tongue and itchy fingers)



Dinner: Sushi and 2 pieces of fried Calamari
