so youre 193lbs and 5'9... BMI around 28 or 29? i think youll change your diet when you get into the healthy weight range, but more power to you, do what works!
I actually feel more alert during fasting mode. After a feast, I feel slow and sleepy. Because we still need food as fuel or socialization, slow and sleepy is an unavoidable feeling. IF allows me to lengthen the frequency between two meals. Eating before going to bed is an optimal choice of "killing two birds with one stone".
Due to IF, my body temperature seems lower. My feet is cold every morning I wake up. I start to wear tee and socks before I go to bed.
I think my agility increased. I have the confidence to chase after the public bus or to cross the road quickly. Probably this confidence is due to my weight-loss.

BMI is now 26.7 (still dropping)
